Terms of Use (EULA)

Skuna grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Skuna app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the Apple Media Services Terms.

By downloading, installing, or using Skuna, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Skuna provides educational information about food and beauty products. It is not medical, nutritional, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for health decisions.

Skuna Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription billed monthly or annually through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal in your App Store account settings.

New subscribers may be offered a free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the price shown at sign-up.

All purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Skuna cannot process refunds directly.

Product data is sourced from Open Food Facts and Open Beauty Facts. While we strive for accuracy, this data is community-maintained and may contain errors or omissions. Always verify critical information on the physical product packaging.

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or abuse the app or its underlying services. You may not use Skuna for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm other users.

Skuna, the Skuna name, logo, and all associated design elements are the property of Skuna. Product data is licensed under the Open Food Facts and Open Beauty Facts licenses (ODbL).

We may suspend or terminate your access to Skuna at any time if you violate these terms. You may stop using Skuna at any time by deleting the app.

Skuna is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skuna shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the app.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Skuna constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Skuna is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
